How to Use

1. In an aroma diffuser or for aromatic bathing in your living room, bedroom, or workspace. Use 1-3 drops as a guideline.
2. Steam inhalation: Pour hot water into a mug, add 1 drop, and enjoy the rising aroma.
3. Aroma bath: Mix with a carrier oil or natural emulsifier before adding to bath water.
4. Massage oil: Dilute to 0.5-1% with a carrier oil before use.

Caution Regarding Phototoxicity

Bergamot essential oil has phototoxicity (reaction to UV light due to furanocoumarins). Avoid sun exposure or direct UV light immediately after applying it to your skin. Use it for nighttime care or during off-time during the day.
