At KOSMIC ALCHEMY, we have implemented a system to allow customers who wish to purchase wholesale to place product orders smoothly.
By using this system, you can add necessary products to your shopping cart just like regular shopping and pay at wholesale prices.
Additionally, the system is designed to further reduce wholesale prices based on purchase frequency and price.

How to use

  • First, please apply for a wholesale account using the form above.
  • After applying, we will notify you of the screening results within one week.
  • If your application passes screening, you will receive the following email.
  • Follow the instructions to activate your account.
  • Once your account is activated, you will be able to purchase at wholesale prices as shown below.
  • Log in to your account (where the OFF rate is displayed on the screen), add items to your cart, and proceed with payment.
  • Note: If you add items to your cart while not logged in (where the OFF rate is not displayed on the screen), wholesale prices will not be applied.





Terms and Conditions of Transaction

  • Please place your order using the KOSMIC ALCHEMY cart.
  • The wholesale rate will be disclosed only to members. The wholesale rate varies depending on the product.
  • The wholesale rate will be adjusted according to your monthly order amount.
  • The minimum order amount is 30,000 JPY at the net price.
  • Shipping costs will generally be borne by us.
  • Orders less than 30,000 JPY at the net price will be canceled or we will charge separate shipping fees.
  • Delivery will generally be made by our designated carrier.
  • The delivery location should be specified each time an order is placed.
  • Additional charges may apply for delivery to special regions.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for defective products or incorrect deliveries. However, this is limited to within one week after delivery, and shipping costs will be borne by us (cash on delivery).
  • If payment is delayed, we may suspend transactions. In addition, an annual interest of 14.5% may be charged until payment is made.
