Some days are all meetings and pings, and you only notice how tightly you've been holding yourself on the walk home. This is the bath for those nights. Turn the light down, let the steam come up, and give the lavender a minute. Whatever was still running in the back of your mind tends to go quiet somewhere around then.

Tonight's intention: The day stays outside the door.

The ritual

1. Dim the lights. The phone stays in the other room.
2. Scatter the salts and swirl them through the water with your hand.
3. Lean over the steam and take three slow breaths of lavender.
4. Slide in up to your shoulders. Let each exhale run a little longer than the last.

Magnesium chloride is a mineral from the sea: the main component of nigari, what remains when salt is made from seawater. We blend its clear crystals with carefully selected organic essential oils.

No synthetic fragrance or colour.

How to Use:

Add 30–50 g (about 2 tablespoons) to a 150–200 L bath and dissolve well before bathing. Adjust the amount to your preferred strength of scent. Approximately 8 baths per pack (varies with amount used).
