Lemon (Citrus limon) is an evergreen tree of the Rutaceae family, native to the Himalayas and northern India. Its cultivation spread along the Mediterranean coast, and today, lemons harvested in Sicily and the Sorrento Peninsula in Italy are globally renowned for their excellent aroma. Since the essential oil is extracted by cold-pressing the fruit's epidermis, it features a bright, juicy scent reminiscent of the fruit itself.

How to Use

1. For aromatherapy diffusers or aromatic baths, in the living room, kitchen, or office in the morning, or whenever you want to refresh the air. Use 1-3 drops as a guide.
2. Steam inhalation: Pour hot water into a mug, add 1 drop, and enjoy the rising aroma.
3. For cleaning: Add a few drops to a spray bottle filled with water to scent flooring or kitchen surfaces (test in an inconspicuous area beforehand).
4. Massage oil: Dilute to 0.5-1% with a carrier oil.

Caution Regarding Phototoxicity

Lemon essential oil has phototoxicity (reaction to UV light due to furanocoumarins). Avoid sunbathing or direct exposure to UV light immediately after applying it to the skin. Please use it for evening care or during off-peak sun hours.
