Run the bath while your pulse is still up. Restore opens with rose geranium, then grapefruit and eucalyptus clear the air like a window thrown open. It's bright rather than sleepy: a scent for taking stock of a day you showed up for.

The ritual

1. Drink a glass of water first. Let your breathing settle.
2. Add the salts and catch the citrus as it lifts.
3. Lie back. In for four, out for six. Repeat until you lose count.
4. Rest a hand on whatever worked hardest today.

Magnesium chloride is a mineral from the sea: the main component of nigari, what remains when salt is made from seawater. We blend its clear crystals with carefully selected organic essential oils.

No synthetic fragrance or colour.

How to Use:

Add 30–50 g (about 2 tablespoons) to a 150–200 L bath and dissolve well before bathing. Adjust the amount to your preferred strength of scent. Approximately 8 baths per pack (varies with amount used).
