How to Use

Step 1 — Preparation
Leave a window or door open to let the energy out. Quiet your mind. Visualize clearing negative energy and filling the space with positive energy.

Step 2 — Light the Charcoal
Hold the charcoal disc with the tongs and ignite the edge with a lighter or flame. Once the charcoal is completely lit, place it on a fireproof plate, then place the frankincense resin on top and let it melt.

Step 3 — Smudging
Move from room to room, letting the smoke surround you and reach every corner of the room. Once finished, enjoy the scent as it is — place the resin on the fireproof plate and add as much as you like to continue enjoying the scent and the trail of smoke.

Step 4 — Cleaning Up
Make sure the fire is completely extinguished before stopping. Once the charcoal has burned out, leave it to cool for a while. To put it out quickly, soak it in water.
